They didn't know how to operate a business
Some of the food was pretty good and even worth paying their expenses rates but you stood very little chance of them having it in stock. I'm not surprised they're out of business.

The individuals involved in this incident exhibited malevolent behavior. A group of men arrived at my residence, distinctly different from my regular delivery personnel.
Their conduct was marked by prejudice and rudeness, as they provided me with items that did not align with my order, delivering only ice cream instead of the food I had requested. Furthermore, they carelessly dropped the items on the ground and walked over them before handing them to me. I chose not to consume the contaminated items and disposed of them instead. I was assured that a refund would be processed; however, I later discovered that several items had been opened without my consent, and I did not receive the promised credit or refunds, amounting to approximately $85 according to my calculations.
The representatives misled me by claiming that they were unable to issue a refund due to government regulations and suggested that I dispute my EBT purchases. Upon following their advice, I found that they had falsely communicated with EBT, asserting that no agreement for a refund had been made.
I demand an immediate reimbursement, as they had previously assured me of a refund and failed to cooperate with the EBT office, demonstrating poor business practices. The emotional distress caused by this situation has exacerbated my health issues, including high blood pressure and persistent headaches.

My order was two days late! I ordered all frozen foods, so I wanted to make sure I was home when it arrived in order to put it right into the freezer.
I didn't have to worry about that, though, because when it did finally arrive, it came via UPS, and it was all melted! My ice cream and everything were just in a brown cardboard box! It was all soupy and nasty; a huge mess! And if you call customer service, they will either hang up on you or you'll be disconnected and have to call back!
It also takes about 17 or more minutes on hold! I will never order from Yelloh again!
I miss Schwans so much! This Yelloh company is a joke!

I placed an order back in August. It was paid in full.
You do not have some of my items. The driver said to call customer service. I did, and I was issued a refund in credit. I did not buy anything because I haven't had time.
I called to see about my credit, and they said it had expired. How could it expire when I paid for my order and my order was not delivered?
I would greatly appreciate my refund in the form of a check for $41. It may not be a lot to your company, but it's a lot for me.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Cancel account. Tried calling your joke of an 800# All I got was crap about how they Yelloh wants to help. And then got it hung up on me. I want to cancel my account. But do not know how.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was finally able to delete my account.
IF I had known I would have had to jump thru internet hoops just to cancel out of a Fricken Food Company. I never would have signed up for it to begin with. Good Riddance Yelloh!

The ice cream is horrible. They charge anal in the leg, *** poor customer service this company needs to go out of business and go back to the original company. It was three years ago I I would not order dog food from this company

My entire $110.70 order arrived thawed out and ruined. Ice cream and soup was melted all over everything, not one single thing was edible.
Im trying to request full refund but cannot find how to speak to an actual person. I will be reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau & I encourage others to do the same.

I have ordered $500 worth of stuff, which was supposed to be delivered, but I never received it. Then, they cancelled the order the same morning it was supposed to arrive!
I waited for 2 days, figuring weather or a wreck or whatever happened, then I got ahold of customer support. They claimed they called me to verify the order, but there were no missed calls, texts, emails, or even a voicemail! It's been over a month now and customer service is extremely rude. Why would I order if I didn't want it?
Anyhow, I still haven't gotten my money back. I can't reach anyone, and I'm a single mom of 9 kids, living in the boondocks! By the time I get off work and drive the hour to the grocery store, the stores already are closed. Schwan's was awesome!
I can't believe that my grandma and my parents used this!
I want my money back since I don't have the product. Clearly, I've talked to an attorney as well.

Order Never Arrives
Yelloh sends me multiple email marketing for me to order online & great deals they currently had. I went to the app, made an order, picked from dates given.
Day of delivery, I get a text message saying my order is on the truck so be on the lookout that day. Stayed home all day to receive.Nothing delivered and zero communication why? Sent a msg with the online tool. Took two days to hear back.
The msg states that Today is our last day delivering in your area. Guess what, nothing/nada (by the way, had no idea the company was going out of business.
However, now I see whyterrible communication, stayed home for 3 days and received nothing. Ughhhhh!!

Do not use the company Yelloh! Their food is unsafe to consume if you are having it delivered.
Our food came today, 3 days late in a UPS box?! Never had it delivered like that. There was no dry ice or cooling packs in the box. Just our food covered in warm chicken juice.
It was all warm, the chicken had holes in the bag and the juice soaked into everything! The other food was smashed along with being covered in chicken slime. No one contacted to let us know the order was being delivered late. My guess is they just kept it in the warehouse and dropped it off Monday.
I came home to find it in the hot sun on my doorstep. Yelloh does not have a contact number and they make it almost impossible to try to contact customer service. Im still waiting to hear back. Please do not order food from this company.
Apparently theyve laid off 720 employees and closed almost 90 distribution centers back in December. It shows! I believe the quality of the product is downright awful.
Do not use them. It is not safe.

Spoiled salmon not credited
I purchased 2 packages of stuffed salmon ( 1 was purchased off the truck). Both were spoiled-had green.
I was reimbursed for 1 pack on 11/15 for $24.99.
I was told that a reimbursement was going to be made on both. Did not receive the 2nd reimbursement.

Couldn't get through on the phone. The automated phone system kept disconnecting the call.
I assume they didn't show up because they were out of stock, but it would have been nice if they had communicated that. They are going out of business, but since they are trying to unload all their leftover products, a bit more communication would be nice.

I used to order their vegetable flavored rice and chicken flavored. Since they changed from Schwans to Yelloh the food value is not even near the same.
The rice has a total different taste not a good taste. I ended up trashing it. I keep keeping emails and texts from Yelloh I just simply ignore it.
They messed up when they got rid of Schwans! Few customers are happy.
